another photo from Hamelin Bay in Western Australia, this the spot where the stingrays come close to the shore and you can see people actually feeding and touching the stingrays... they are quite big in size and I will try to post a picture of one for you to see...

wow... how did i miss this shot today? i love this old jetty at hamelin bay... i took a pic with a horrific disposable camera back in 2005 with horrific results... oh well. c'est la vie, i can just enjoy yours instead! well done!

where I grew up the rays came in at dusk but we hot footed it outta there! love that old jetty

@dobbino: The wooden structure in the photo is what remains of the old Hamelin Bay Jetty built in 1882 to service local timber mills. It used to be 600m long but now this structure on the beach and a few wooden poles in the water is all that has survived...
this is a nice place, i like the framing, well done.
