today a photo of a sunset at Sorrento Marina in Western Australia... it is a very popular place especially during the summer months a views like this one are very common... that's the great thing about Western Australia - we on the Sunset Coast so often when I drive somewhere in the evening I can be a witness to a sunset or two...
thanks to everyone for visiting and commenting... please critique at will - i am looking to learn so any comments and tips are appreciated...

a stunning site -- beautiful composition... i usually prefer subject matter to be much closer -- for adequate appreciation purposes -- but this 'distant' glance is quite wonderful, most of the detail being obscured by shadow and allowing the setting glaze to take predominance. wonderful job -- excellent shot! (i especially like the sign post in the right front)

Beautiful sky! Living in central California, I don't see many sunsets in the summer months because of the abundance of fog. I love harbors and sunset skies - nice work!
