overwhelming aura

i went with a friend to a little pub/club a couple of years ago to listen to some live bands playing... i could no resist taking a photo or tow especially given that the place has some really cool and weir decor around... this is one of the result form the mini photo session... given that the lighting was fairly dim and this shot was hand held I am pretty happy with the overall effect..

thanks to everyone for visiting and commenting... please critique at will - i am looking to learn so any comments and tips are appreciated...

Must have been a wonderful atmosphere. I once went with my brother to a cafe in melbourne that had the most amazing paintings of nude women on the tables. Alas, I did'nt take any photos, wish I had. This is gorgeous warm colour and I love those streaks of light.

Yes. For this kind of lighting you have almost no noise.
And great composition . esp with the guy on the right bottom .. seems in a trance !

@Aerial footage: this is a small pub/club type of venue... on one side there is a stage and a bar and on the other a couple of small rooms - this being one of them... another shot I captured there is here: http://darkelf.aminus3.com/image/2007-12-17.html
