St Georges Terrace

today just a little snapshot from the city of Perth... this street is called St Georges Terrace and goes right through the CBD...

thanks to everyone for visiting and commenting... please critique at will - i am looking to learn so any comments and tips are appreciated...

I like this composition the curve of the street at the beginning pulls me in and I like the vertical lines of the buildings-nice work

@John: to be honest i cannot remember... it was either on the street - or more likely on the median strip further up the bend...

excellent excellent and truly excellent!!! howdy mate! i am still alive and breathing -- barely! ;) the holiday was simply wonderful -- work is simply outrageous!! i think i am ready for another holiday and it has only been a week since i returned! :( oh well. it has to slow down soon enough, all my bosses will be gone -- just have to hang in there 4 more days! beautiful shot here -- truly crisp with just wonderful color!! fantastically framed to boot -- would make an excellent post card??? ;) good to be back and look forward to catching up!! cheerio mate!

I simply love all the lines in this image. The vertical lines of the buildings reaching to the sky and the horizontal line of the road connecting the foreground and background, adding depth! It feels like I am actually there. Excellent work!
