following on from the previous two photos in this mini series - for Boxing Day i have an "artistic" tram shot for you all ;-)

the buildings in the background is the suburb where the previous post comes from...

Looks like the tram system was planned on from the start. Most places, it becomes an awkward afterthought.

@dj.tigersprout: there was a footbridge right over the street and tram tracks and that's where i was just crossing over when i saw the tram approach and thought "this might be the time for a different angle" ;-)

It is indeed artistic - its a great angle and very interesting - are the trams a success? We are having them put in in Edinburgh's narrow and hilly streets - total chaos for other traffic!
