denmark coast

the next few photos will be concentrating on the area near the town of Denmark on the south coast of Western Australia and specifically the Elephant Rocks, which can be seen in today's post...

i really like this little bit of coast... it abounds in great colours and rock formations and there are a lot of natural "pools" around where beautiful calm water is protected by the rocks from what is often a wild ocean...

please keep in mind this is not the Denmark in Europe ;-)

Looking at the pic, and then the title, i was mildly confused and wondered where in Denmark (the country) it was possible to find a coast like that. Didn't know there was a town with the same name on the other side of the world :)
As for the shot itself, lovely colors and lighting, the composition is very relaxed and peaceful. Well done.

Stunningly Beautiful! I'm with Zahai though ... I was wondering where in Denmark this kind of coast could be. Australia makes a LOT more sense to me. I've seen a bit of Denmark, but never been to Australia. Your image is a great temptation!

When I saw the title I thought of the country Denmark and was a bit confused :) What a wonderful view with beautiful shaped rocks and the colors are marvelous. Great capture and the water is so clear, beautiful!
