rocky textures

Posted by DarkElf (Perth, Australia) on 10 February 2009 in Landscape & Rural.

this photo comes from and area to the south of the city of Albany in Western Australia... it is located in the Torndirrup National Park and these rocks surround two of the local natural attractions - the Gap and the Natural Bridge, both of which I will post here soon... as with most of the WA's rocky coast, you can clearly see the effect of wind and water erosion that has sculpted all the cracks and openings within the rock...

welcome to my photoblog and thanks for visiting... my aim is to learn photography and share my experiences with you, not only through my attempts at photography, but also through showing different aspects of the world that have caught my interest over the time that i have been walking this planet... hope you enjoy the journey with me...
