misty coastline

Posted by
Darkelf Photography (Perth, Australia) on 29 August 2008 in Landscape & Rural.

this photo comes from my favourite South West corner of Australia - the coastline in that region is quite amazing... it weaves its way through peaceful bays, rugged cliffs and a lot of rocky areas such as this one... the day when I took this shot was rather windy and because the light was dispersed through a thin veil of particles around the sun it was difficult to achieve the right balance... however, i like the way the coast is hiding behind the mist created by water particles... and some of the rocks have nice textures and colours as well...
