the gentle rustle

this photo comes from a place called "Szumy" in Polish - it could be translated either into 'whispers' or 'rustles'... there a little river (River Tanwia in the Roztocze region, close to the eastern border of Poland) and it cascades through the forest with about 15 or 16 small waterfalls... they all make this gentle rustling noise or hum and hence the name of this place...

it was a late afternoon on a slightly overcast day - just about perfect conditions to whack on my nd filters and a polariser and see what results could be obtained... i had may a chance for 4 or 5 shots as the light was fading quickly and this is one of them... if i ever get the chance to visit this place again, i will make sure to stay there a bit longer and play around a bit with some decent compositions...
