reaching the northern parts of the north island of New Zealand we find Whangaroa Bay...

more specifically, this inlet is called the Whangaroa Harbour... the name comes from the lament "Whaingaroa" or "what a long wait" of a woman whose warrior husband had left for a foray to the south...
