smoking away into the night

i am back after my short break...

when i went to Europe last year, i had a few pre-conceived ideas for photos and capturing the Belchatow Power Station in Poland at night was one on that list...

having been there a few years earlier, i had a strong image in my mind of the chimneys belching out smoke into to air and i wanted to use a long exposure to catch that movement... an added bonus is the fact that this power station is situation right over an open-pit coal mine, which provided other interesting elements for this composition...
