this is the southern coast of Victoria, Australia along the Great Ocean Road... this place is right next to the Twelve Apostles and Gibson Steps... the name Gibson Steps refers to the staircase leading down to the stretch of beach shown on this photo from the top of the rocky cliffs in the distance....
