this is a brilliant sunrise over the city of Hobart captured from Mount Wellington back in May 2013, after a mad dash up the mountain to get there in time to capture the colours, with almost no petrol left in the tank... on the way back, we pretty much cruised all the way down in neutral to make sure we find a petrol station before running out...
to add to the fun it was very windy and blistery up there and quite how i managed to keep the camera and tripod steady enough to take some photos i still don't know...
