broken shore

Posted by
Darkelf Photography (Perth, Australia) on 5 May 2014 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

i had a pleasant surprise when searching for a seascape composition during one of my visits to Burns Beach in Perth last year...

after scouting my usual stretch of the beach and finding nothing of interest for that evening, i had an idea to have a look closer to the main carpark... i expected to find very little but once i got closer i found these rocks sticking perfectly out of the water... given that conditions were gloomy and sunset was looking bleak, i decided to try some long exposures...

i hope you like the final result...

the series from Japan will come back a bit later once i finish processing the photos... very soon i will present a series of photos from my trip to New Zealand in November 2013...
