this is the view over the Hooker Valley towards Mount Cook in the distance... we climbed the steep slopes on the Sealy Tarns Track to get a better perspective on this area before going up to Hooker Lake in the evening for some sunset photos... you can just see the lake below Mount Cook and over the build up of rocks...

i thought that the abundance of textures and detail would lend itself to black and white conversion and i hope you like the result...
