secret garden

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Something a bit different this time. I do not shoot many portraits but I do try sometimes and one weekend in May we ventured with my partner Paulina to UWA here in Perth is search of some Autumn scenery.

We managed to find this little spot - a little "secret garden" with fallen leaves covering the ground - the one that I presented in the previous photo.

It was also a chance to put my 50mm f/1.2 L through its paces and I do not use this lens nearly often enough. I have to say that with my Canon 5D Mark II I struggled to nail the focus but with the 5D Mark III I hardly ever missed it.

I hope you like this one and any constructive criticism is always welcome.
