I still have many images from our trip to Iceland last year that will keep popping up on my blog from time to time.

Today I have another look at Hvitserkur, which can be found on the eastern shores of Vatnsnes peninsula in northern Iceland. The thing I really missed is being there at low tide when the water recedes and wonderful rippled patterns of the bottom come to light.

This is the closest that I got to that with a small stream providing something a little different in the foreground.
