Mystique

I will be no doubt repeating myself but I just love the mystique of a long exposure seascape. This one comes from Trigg Beach in Perth, Western Australia.

It is a blend of two exposures - one for the sea and sky, and second for the rocks. The settings below refer to the long exposure, as it was the base for this image.

I have dedicated this year to improving my skills in blending exposures and I am slowly progressing through the application of what I have learned so far. There are just some scenes that no matter how much I tried, it would be impossible to get the results I wanted with a single exposure.
