This is an image from the Ivo Rowe Rockpool, taken in early 2016. It is a natural, shallow rock pool located south of Coogee Beach in Sydney. We ventured out there one morning after discovering this spot when I was searching for a sunrise photo location.
We got there just before the rising tide started to dump more and more water into the pool and we were rewarded with nice still reflection. The sunrise gave just a hint of red tones in the clouds but it kept a low profile and the main interest was in the foreground.
It is great to discover little gems such as this rock pool along our travels.
